Amanda Eberle Boyer is a passionate, driven leader who uses a team-centric mentality to achieve organizational growth and long-term, customer-focused outcomes. Boyer is currently the general manager at AV Chicago where she leads the company's operations and works with the executive team on the strategic direction of the organization.

Boyer previously served as the senior director of member services at the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA). During her 10-plus years with the organization, she created and cultivated lasting relationships with members, manufacturers, and other associations to drive the organization forward. In her tenure at AVIXA, Boyer drastically changed the landscape of member relationships and ensured each individual or firm—from freelance technicians to major manufacturers to billion dollar integration firms—had their say in the organization's strategic plans.

An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Boyer has participated on several panels centered around the topic and was one of the staff liaisons for AVIXA's Diversity Council and the AVIXA Women's Council. Boyer is a candidate to receive her Executive Leadership MBA from James Madison University and holds a B.B.A. in Marketing with a concentration in Business-to-Business, also from James Madison University.
