Voted as one of SCN the nine, Lex Peters hit the ground running in her AV career at USC along with her own design business, NOL Creatives. With a background in public relations, digital marketing, and audiovisual technology, Lex works to connect the dots between technology and an exceptional customer experience. Lex has helped bring the customer service score in her department from a 1.3 to a 4.7/5 in just a year all while working to help small businesses reach new heights with one-of-a-kind brand strategy and web design. Lex prioritizes a growth mindset and is always working to take her professional skills to new levels. Most of all, she is passionate about helping her clients and AV community learn the branding and design strategies needed to help them stand out amongst their competitors.
