Working in the AV Industry for 12 years, I have spent the past 5 years as the Director of Design for New Era Technology, Pa. In this client facing position, I work closely with both clients and architects in planning and designing audio visual systems to align with the architectural plan and to meet client needs. After participating in a Design Thinking class a few years ago, I shared the concept with my team and found success with this approach. We continue to use this basis as a key start in understanding the personal side to technology.
