Tom is an industry veteran with 25 years managing the user experience in Audio Visual and Unified Communications Collaboration integration. Having launched one of the first Video Conferencing Managed Services in 2002, and recognizing early on that the way to great user experiences is the ability to manage consistency and reliability, he brought traditional IT Infrastructure management, Network management and ITIL practices to an otherwise unmanaged technology segment. Tom came to AVISPL 7 yeas ago and has held several roles within the services group helping define and refine process, technical capability in Managed Services and UC solutions support. Now part of the Technical & Innovation team he leads the AVISPL’s Global Cisco practices – Defining and executing strategy, program governance and enablement. He has developed the Cisco Collaboration practice to become a top tier partner in the world.
