Marcus Longmuir has been a lifelong Higher Education staffer. During his first 15 years in study abroad, international student services, and Adult Student Advising he taught himself numerous database technologies to get things done. In 2006 he started out in enrollment services at The New School and has held six very different jobs in their IT department since then. Currently he leads their teams responsible for computer labs and academic printing, classroom AV, the technicians who support university events, and the equipment center which lends cameras, microphones, and lighting for students to use for their media projects.
