Viral Tripathi is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise transformation in PE-backed, professional services, and global organizations. As Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for Diversified's global IT strategy across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital innovation, data and AI.

Prior to joining Diversified, Viral served as CIO at C1 (formerly ConvergeOne), and as Global CIO at Ascendion and Collabera, where he was promoted from CTO to Global CIO based on demonstrated business impact. Earlier in his career he spent more than seven years at KPMG advising CXOs and private equity sponsors across the US and Europe on technology strategy, IT M&A integration, and large-scale transformation. Prior to KPMG, he held progressive technology leadership roles at The Associated Press across the US and UK.

Viral holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge and completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
