Andrew Gross is Senior Vice President of Sales at Xyte, where he works with enterprise AV and IT leaders to modernize how they manage connected devices, rooms, and sites. His perspective on AI is grounded in the daily work of technical teams: finding issues sooner, resolving more problems remotely, and applying automation with clear oversight.
Before joining Xyte, Andrew served as VP of Enterprise Sales at Crestron Electronics. He built and grew the company’s first global unified communications and collaboration sales team and oversaw its top 300 worldwide AV accounts. He also helped lead Crestron’s Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms business, expanding the team from three employees to more than 40 account executives, technical specialists, and customer success managers while increasing revenue by 3,000% over two years.
Andrew previously held roles in enterprise strategy and market development at Crestron. He earned a B.S. in nuclear engineering from Penn State University.
