Noah is VP of Video Applications at Audinate and GM of the Iris business unit. An entrepreneur from an early age, he built his first companies in high school and college before entering Pro AV with LiveControl, a service that installed PTZ cameras into music, education, and worship venues and handled remote camera operation, live switching, and production. 

That work led him to found Iris at 29 — a software-based platform that reimagines professional camera control from the ground up, which he likens to "an operating system for cameras." After first meeting Audinate at IBC, the two companies found their products fit together naturally, and Audinate acquired Iris. Now integrated into the Dante ecosystem, Iris positions Johnson to drive OEM growth, revenue, and product strategy across Audinate's video portfolio. He was named to AVNetwork's "The Nine" in 2026.
