Bradley Cruz is the lead IT AV engineer at Twitter in San Francisco. After joining the company in 2012, Cruz created Twitter’s global AV and video conferencing architecture. Cruz led the AV design and worked with internal/external partners to successfully open more than 15 Twitter offices worldwide. He oversees ongoing health of the system, and is a lead and support escalation point of contact for the global AV and IT team. To meet business goals, Cruz, works cross-function with various teams including Facilities, IT System administration, Security, Network engineering, Executive, and Communications. He mentors and works with the IT team to build, document, and support design standards and processes, and actively supports and trains end users including C-level executives to adhere to needs. Prior to joining Twitter, Cruz’s jobs included running events, installing AV equipment, recording voiceovers, composing, arranging and recording. Cruz graduated with a bachelor of Applied Science, Sound Arts from the Ex'pression College for Digital Arts where he studied audio recording, design, mixing, and composition.
