Alex Bisset is the Vice President, Platform Strategy at HB Communications, Inc. Prior to his returning to HB Communications, Bisset held positions in various senior sales and marketing capacities with Telestream Inc., Teliris, LifeSize Communications, Avid Technologies and Media 100 Inc. He has worked in the professional audio video industry for more than 20 years and is experienced in product management, enterprise sales, channel marketing, field technical services and as a global applications training specialist. Throughout his career, Bisset acquired an extensive background in supporting UC and AV systems solutions design with an applied expertise in IT, UC/collaboration technology integration, AV digital workflows and platform-oriented application strategy.

Bisset has served as a subject matter expert for various industries groups and councils including most recent appointments as a Cisco Champion, Cisco Webex Teams Ambassador and Polycom ACE.
These responsibilities have included large scale presentations at annual events such as The National Association of Broadcasters and InfoComm. Bisset is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Areas of Specialization include; unified communications engineering, enterprise sales, employee mentorship, AV solutions design, HD video conferencing, and collaboration workflows.
