Tom is the ProAV and Digital Signage Technical Consultant at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT Logistics and
Distribution Company. His goal is to provide expert industry insight to the SMB, VAR and Enterprise customer
community and help them successfully understand technology, market trends, and business drivers so they can build
a successful and profitable practice.
He is a 31-year veteran in the AV/computer and IT industry and his experience ranges from business management at
nationwide organocations to leadership roles at Ingram Micro. He holds extensive certifications from leading
recognized organizations that include (but are not limited to) CompTIA, Samsung, Apple, and HP to being the first
individual authorized to instruct the full certification curriculum from The Digital Signage Experts Group (DSCE,
DSNE, DSDE, DSCE) and most recently being awarded the Alan Brawn Educator of the year for 2019.
Tom has also appeared in several top industry publications, including CRN, Digital Signage Today and the Channel
Advisor as well as has contributed to digital signage whitepaper development from companies such as Samsung and
3M.
