Here's everything you need to know about the event

• The event takes place on Aug 3 at Citi Field, 41 Seaver Way, Queens, NY, 11368. For more information about planning your journey, please visit the website. 
• Registration begins at 8:30am and can be found on the 4th Floor via the Seaver Elevator. Our first session begins at 9:05 in the main Auditorium so please arrive promptly.
• Please be ready to give your name at the registration desk where you will pick up your badge for the day. 
• If you require an overnight stay for the event, we have access to a discounted group rate ($189 + taxes). Please visit the website to book. 
• Please join us throughout the event on social media using the # AVITSUMMIT 

 

How to get there 

Arriving by Car:
Park in Lot B via Gate 8 and enter the ballpark through the Seaver Entrance.

Arriving by Subway:
The 7 train stops in front of the ballpark. Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point (second to last stop). Walk towards the Red Apple, go past it towards Seaver Entrance.
